I’m a business lawyer and a technology lawyer. I advise New Jersey and New York companies on business and technology transactions and a wide range of day to day legal issues. I offer free consultations and can be reached at (732) 898-0549. I have worked as a business and technology lawyer in both in-house and large law firm environments. I previously served as General Counsel of an Internet services provider and as a business and technology attorney for over ten years with one of New Jersey’s largest law firms.
